Standard shipping is free for all purchases, with no minimum order required.

With standard shipping, please allow 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Express shipping costs €10. Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that our shipping fees do not include import duties, and it is your responsibility to pay these additional charges.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If you wish to return one or more items, please email us at contact@florencemoorhead.com, providing your order number, your name, and the reason for the return. Items returned to us without prior contact will not be accepted.
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
In the event of a return, we will refund the original shipping costs; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in their original condition. They must not have been worn or used in any way.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your credit card within 10 business days.
For information regarding the reimbursement of customs fees, please contact your local customs authority.

Exchanges are accepted for a different size or color of the same item within 14 days of the delivery date.
